Valentines at Rye, Beeston

With Valentines Day falling on a Sunday this year, we’re hosting our Valentines evening menu at Rye on Saturday 13th. Here’s our menu:

Valentines evening menu from 6pm, 13th February

£22.50 per person, including a glass of prosecco on arrival

Starters

  • Beetroot soup with goats cheese croutons and chervil
  • Chicken Liver Pate, brioche, spiced Apple chutney
  • Seared scallops, pea puree, crispy shallots, burre blanc

Mains

  • Sautéed potato gnocchi, sundried tomatoes, rocket, parmesan
  • Herb crusted cod loin, cannelloni bean puree, English chard, burre blanc
  • Chateaubriand, roasted tomato, watercress salad, chunky chips, béarnaise sauce – on a sharing platter (Only available for 2 to share, please pre-order to guarantee, limited numbers available on the night)
  • Chicken cordon bleu ,curly kale, fondant potatoes, red pepper sauce

Desserts

  • Red wine poached pear, strawberry ice cream, honeycomb toffee
  • Vanilla crème brulee,  shortbread
  • Dark chocolate mousse, meringue, raspberry pavlova
